Park Play

We are on a almost two week visit to New Mexico where we used to live 5 years ago.  We have missed many things since leaving New Mexico so it was time for a visit.  Our first stop was the Glaser house.  We have know Christy and Kyle since Andrew and Kyle were about 2 months old!  We were so excited to spend time with both of them.   Unfortunately Baron got sick our first day in New Mexico so he had to stay in bed and rest up.  Christy and I first took the 5 boys to play and the park and try out Kyle's cub car.  Kyle and his Grandpa built it.   The boys really had fun running about and playing.  They loved the cub car.   After a fun day at the park Christy and I took the boys to see the New Mexico Mustangs hockey game.  This was a first for my boys.  We had a great time at the game.  Too bad the Mustangs lost.  I would say this was a great start to our trip.

Lost Teeth

It has been over a year since Joshua lost his bottom two teeth.  Finally he lost his top front two teeth!  His new grown up teeth are all ready showing too.  It was time.  I think he looks super cute missing his teeth.

First Day of Preschool for Noah

This year Noah will be going to preschool three mornings a week.  He is so excited about starting.  He loves that he has a bucket to bring each day( no backpacks at this school they use a bucket) and gets to fill with papers to bring home to show his family.  Here is to a awesome preschool year for Noah.
No smile but he is excited.

Roller Skating

We were invited to a friends roller skating party.  I was a bit nervous since we have taking the boys roller skating a few times and they really did not like it.  It has been about two years since we last went so I was hoping they would give it another try.   Andrew, Joshua, Noah and I all got our skates on and headed for the rink.   After a few falls they all got the hang of it and were really having a good time.  They even participated in some of the games.  I got some photos of them doing the limbo game.  I was so happy they loved it.  It was a super fun party for us.

I did not realize that they both picked out Star Wars shirts to wear on the first day of school till they got home that day.  So cute.

Pictures of the boys

With Noah and Seth both having birthday's recently it was time for new photos for them.  Since Andrew and Joshua now get yearly school and sports photos we did not get individual ones of them.  It was a little harder this time since Seth is on the move and doesn't understand to hold still.  This is why Andrew is holding Seth in the group photo!

Woodland Park Zoo

One of our neighborhood family friends moved to Everett, WA.  Before started for the kids we went and stay a night at their new house.  We first met the Quayle family at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle.  We all had a great time there and really loved the Dinosaur exhibit going on there.  After the zoo we headed to the Quayle's new home in Everett.  The kids had so much fun playing together and the moms got to visit.  Bed time was a adventure so all but one of my kids slept in the room with me and Andrew out on a couch.   The next day after the Quayle's had swim lessons we head to a nearby park that also had a splash pad.  It was a little chilly so the kids mostly played at the park, but did try out the splash pad.  The park had one of those merry go round things.  My boys just loved riding on it and spinning.  They did this so much that poor Joshua actually threw up!  Shortly after that we head back to the Quayle's for lunch and then home.  We sure miss the Quayle family but sure had a great visit with them.
