Pumpkin Carving

Carving pumpkins is a family event around here.  Andrew doesn't like touching the guts of the pumpkin!  The rest of us dug right in and cleaned them out even Seth.   We went with a Angry Birds theme this year.  Andrew and Joshua did some of the carving themselves this year, too.

On Andrew's actually birthday we had a little family celebration at home.  I made his requested dinner of  "pizza bread" and a ice cream cake (a first for me).   He also got to open his present from our family and the ones sent by other family members.   Andrew is 9 this year.  He is such wonderful boy and we are so blessed to have him in our family!  We love you so much Andrew.  Happy Birthday!

Chuck E Cheese Birthday For Andrew

This year Andrew got to have a friend birthday party.  He has not had a friend party for the last two years.  He choose to have it at Chuck E Cheese.  He was soooo excited.  He had about 6 friends come. All the kids had so much fun.  Andrew had the best time.

Baby Beadner is here!

Baby Abigail (Abbey) May Beadner has arrived.  She is 6lbs and 15 oz and 20.5 inches.  We are so happy that our beautiful little niece has made her way into the world.  Congratulations to her parents, my sister and her hubby, Kari and Aaron Beadner.

Fun times in Tucumcari, NM

One of the afternoons spent in Tucumcari we were out at Uncle David and Aunt Toni's farm.  Uncle David was out on a tractor, this was very exciting to the kids.  Uncle David game them all turns riding on the tractor.  They loved it.

On our last day in Tucumcari we visited a local park to run around at.  Seth was napping in the car so I stayed with him and Daddy and the three big boys played.  Love the this park had a old school merry go round.  

The next morning we got up and drove back to Albuquerque and caught a flight home.   We had a fabulous time in New Mexico see all the sights and visit with lots of friends and family.

Mesalands Community College's Dinosaur Museum

While in Tucumcari we visited the Dinosaur Museum.  This is a fun museum for kids cause there is a lot of hands on stuff.    Also what kid doesn't like Dinosaurs?  One of the favorite things to do here was a dig pit.  The kids could get in and dig for dino bones.  All 6 of the kids loved it and had a great time.
