Professor Pennypickle's Workshop

 With the help of the Smithsonian Magazine's Museum Day Live event we went to Professor PennyPickle's Workshop free.  This is a hands on children's museum here in Temecula.  With this event going on they had lots of fun extra experiments going on.   We had such a really fun time here.

Student of the Month

Andrew received a wonderful award this morning at school.  He is Sudent of the Month.   We are so proud of him.  He has really worked hard for this award.  Keep up the good work!

Day at the beach

One of our favorite things to do is to spend the day at the beach!  It was not a very sunny day but we still had fun!  

Disney's California Adventure

A fun day at Disney's California Adventure with a quick visit to Disneyland to see some Halloween decorations.   One of the things we really wanted to do on this trip to California Adventure was visit the Animation Academy and Sorcerers Workshop.   I must Baron and Andrew absolutely loved Animation Academy and could have stayed there all day.   The Animation Academy is where a Disney Animator teaches a class where you can draw Disney characters yourself.  They have a class every half hour or so and a different character each half hour.   The Sorcerers Workshop is a hands on area where you can do things that relate to the magic of making animations come to life.  The boys loved where you could put your voice into a Disney animated movie.   We had a great time here.  As we finished at California Adventure we went over to Disneyland to see some of the Halloween decorations.  It was very crowded there so we did not go on any rides but had fun seeing the decorations.   What a great day at Disney!!!

Soccer starts for Noah

It is time for soccer to start for Noah!  He will be playing in the U-6 level this year. His team is called the Shooting Stars.  He is so excited to get started!

Quick trip to San Jose

We made a quick trip up to San Jose to attend our friend Ryan McGuire's wedding.   We attended the wedding with my sister Nicole and her husband Mike.  It was a beautiful wedding  at the Mission in Carmel, CA.   We all really enjoyed visiting with friends and especially Ryan's dad Pat and his wife Cyndi.   At the reception there was a Photo Booth and we had fun using it.

First Day of Preschool for Seth

Seth is going to preschool this year.   He will be going to a preschool in a home setting.  He goes a couple days a week for about 3 hours.  He is excited to be going to school like his brothers.
