Ouchie for Joshua!

We returned to school after two wonderful weeks off for Spring Break.  On Tuesday I went to lunch with my friend to catch up.  As we got to the car I received a phone call from the school that Joshua had twisted his ankle and it was very swollen.  I made arrangements with my friend for the other boys and a doctors appointment for Joshua.  He got some xray's and a splint from the doctors.  We had to wait till the next day to hear weather it was broken or not.  It turned out that he had a small chip out of his bone, so officially that is a break.  After a week in the splint on crutches we saw the orthopedic surgeon.  Thankfully Joshua only has to wear a special boot for about two weeks.   This also meant no physical activities for two weeks.  No baseball!  We will return to the doctor at the end of two weeks and hope Joshua will be back into regular shoes then.
